SMS Terms of Service

Armageddon 20XX is operated by Noctusoft. We offer two separate SMS programs. You may opt in to one or both during sign-up:
Each program requires its own separate opt-in consent. Opting in to one program does not enroll you in the other.
We will not send excessive messages unrelated to the program(s) you opted in to.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from our program. Opting out of SMS does not affect any other communications or services.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Armageddon 20XX is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving text messages.
Wireless carriers are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of any SMS messages. Armageddon 20XX is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or other factors beyond our control.
By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our SMS consent form, you expressly agree to receive text messages from Armageddon 20XX (operated by Noctusoft) at the phone number provided for the specific program(s) you selected. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
